Craft Oil Corp. Has Acquired Neslo Petroleum Products

Craft Oil Corp., a privately held oil lubricant and equipment distributor based in Avoca, PA, has acquired Neslo Petroleum Products in Fords, NJ. This will result in the relocation of the current Craft Oil operation in New Jersey to the current Neslo facilities in Fords, NJ. Craft Oil services 40 counties in Pennsylvania, southern New York, New Jersey, Delaware and eastern Maryland. The company is an authorized distributor for Shell, Service Pro, ExxonMobil, Rotary Lift, Clean Burn, Wynn’s, Craft Advantage Brand and Air 1 DEF.

Neslo was established in 1975 as a lubricant distributor in the state of New Jersey and an authorized distributor for the Shell Oil Co. Neslo customers new to Craft Oil will get, not only the continued delivery of lubricant oil products, but also Craft Oil’s service team, service-related equipment and ancillary products. This is the fifth acquisition by Craft Oil in the last four years. Former Neslo owner Dave Olsen will help with the transition in a consulting role. Erik Olsen, Dave’s son, will be joining Craft Oil’s operations team.
