E-Commerce Sales Specialist

Hella Automotive is seeking a sales and marketing specialist to grow our e-Commerce sales channel. The candidate will manage assigned accounts to drive brand recognition and increase sales.

Duties Include

• Provide excellent service and support for existing e-commerce accounts
• Regularly identify growth opportunities.
• Create, manage, and perfect product listings on marketplaces such as, Amazon and Walmart
• Seek efficiencies and strategies to grow sales, reduce costs, and increase conversions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and develop plans to improve sales metrics.
• Create promotions and new product campaigns on a regular basis.

Experience Required

• Experience selling to and supporting web-based businesses
• Automotive aftermarket experience a strong plus
• eCommerce Selling Experience, e.g., and
• Experience using Amazon Vender Central is highly desired
• Experience with Brand Registry, SEO and keyword search is a plus
• Proven track record of delivering results and generating growth using online marketplaces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
• Self-Starter and self-motivated individual with an owner mindset to drive growth
• Proficient with the use of MS Office with expertise in Excel
• Bachelor degree and relevant related experience
