A Sales IAM

1.  Develop and implement defined customer-specific strategy
2.  Design global customer development plan and develop customer measures and initiatives
3.  Define customer-specific targets (on country and product group level) and ensure tracking
4.  Establish defined international customer reporting (KPI-based business monitoring)
5.  Drive customer interests/requests through Hella organization
6.  Establish E-Commerce specific processes within Hella organization
7.  Train Hella organization on E-Commerce specific customer requirements
8.  Drive change management to reach E-Commerce mindset within Hella organization
9.  Define international price and condition systems
10.  Prepare and provide offers together with local Key Account Manager (KAM) and follow up
11.  Communicate with local sales director and decide on biggest potentials (local vs. KAM strategy)
12.  Finally negotiate and/or approve price requests and/or new programs in all customer countries
13.  Establish defined and actively manage relationship at all hierarchy levels of the customers to penetrate Hella services, products and campaigns
14.  Hold the “Annual Review” with the customer
15.  Provide fast escalation of customer topics through the Hella organization
16.  Represent Hella on all customer events like fairs or customer garage events
17.  Connect Hella marketing & customer to create & execute marketing activities
